Inventory decreased to 122, 12 fewer than October 7.
Steve's take
Sandpoint has tightened up a little. There are 12 fewer homes for sale than on October 7, and the index has edged up to 30. The report points to sales outpacing supply. I'd watch whether that holds before expecting stronger pricing. A higher asking-price median alone doesn't mean home values rose.
