Decision-making
A good real estate decision is not necessarily the most convenient one.
It is the one that gets the client closer to the actual objective after the facts, risks, terms, certainty, and consequences are considered.

About Steve Holly
Steve Holly is a third-generation Realtor and Idaho-licensed Real Estate Broker based in Sandpoint. He represents buyers and sellers throughout Sandpoint and North Idaho.
Much of Steve’s work involves people relocating, moving up, downsizing, selling and buying at the same time, or trying to make a real estate decision that is tied to a larger life change.

Background
Steve entered real estate after watching his father-in-law, who had been in the business since 1978, build a career around relationships, service, and being available to the people who trusted him.
Steve was licensed a few months later and spent the next six years learning the business alongside him. After his father-in-law passed away in 2015, Steve and his family started a new chapter in North Idaho, where he built his practice from the ground up in Sandpoint and surrounding communities.
The principles carried forward are simple: know the business, tell people the truth, and take care of them well.

It is about understanding the other side well enough to preserve leverage, protect the client, and keep the transaction moving toward the result the client actually wants.
